What to expect
After booking, please provide your hotel name, flight number, departure time, number of travelers, and luggage details. Your pickup time will be arranged to allow enough time for the journey to Phuket Airport, depending on your hotel location, traffic, and flight schedule.
Your English-speaking driver will meet you at your confirmed pickup point and take you directly to Phuket International Airport. The journey normally takes around 3 hours, depending on traffic and the exact pickup location.
Pickup is not available directly from Lanta Island, Railay Beach, or Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi. For these areas, pickup can be arranged from Saladan Pier, Ao Nam Mao Pier, or Nopparat Thara Pier.
This is a private transfer service for your group only. No shared shuttle, no extra hotel stops, and no public transport confusion.

- If you are on a Thai Airways or Bangkok Airways flight, please advise flight details and whether it is a domestic or international route so you can be dropped off at the correct terminal at Phuket International Airport.
- Pickup will be 5 hours before the departure time so kindly advise the flight information soon as possible so your departure transfer arrangement can be confirmed
- If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.
