For airport arrival transfers, your friendly representative will meet you at the designated arrival area with a sign showing your name. After meeting you, they will assist you to the vehicle and introduce you to your driver for the transfer to your Mae Rim hotel.
For departure transfers, your driver will meet you at your Mae Rim hotel at the confirmed pickup time and take you directly to Chiang Mai International Airport.

Each traveler may bring 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage such as golf clubs, bicycles, surfboards, or large equipment may require advance confirmation with the operator before travel.
