What to expect
For airport pickup, our representative or driver will meet you at the arrival area holding a sign with your name. For hotel pickup, please be ready at your hotel lobby at the confirmed pickup time. After meeting your driver, travel directly to your hotel, airport, or selected drop-off point in Chiang Mai or Chiang Rai.
The journey usually takes approximately 3 hours, depending on traffic, weather, and road conditions. This is a private transfer, so you do not need to share the vehicle with other travelers.
When booking, please provide your flight number, arrival or departure time, hotel name, hotel address, number of travelers, luggage details, and contact information. Your transfer can only be confirmed once these details are received.
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage, such as golf bags, bicycles, surfboards, or large equipment, may require advance confirmation with the operator.
Last-minute bookings may be accepted up to 6 hours before travel, subject to vehicle and driver availability.
