The hotel is amazing for what you pay for! Clean rooms, friendly staff and a decent breakfast. We were welcomed with big smiles and were informed on all the things we could have needed to know to experience Hue. We were supplied drinking water and the room was cleaned as and when we wanted it to be. The hotel is in a great location surrounded by cafes, restaurants, bars and any other business you’d need.

It was quiet
The hotel is not as advertised here, for example:
- No terrace
- No kettle in the room
- No 24h reception. When I had to check out in the morning nobody was there and nobody reachable at the displayed number.
When you pay by card they charge you 5% more. This should at least be announced before booking so customers can prepare and maybe bring cash.
Staff all very lovely and helpful with things to see and do in the city.
We had two large double beds in our room, the room was nice and big and the breakfast was good.

Very good location in the centre, no noise.
Hue is a charming city and this hotel is well placed to visit everywhere. The staff were friendly & keen to help.
The only point to note is that the hotel is accessed down an alley and the signage on the Main Street could be more visible.
The owner was very friendly & helpful. The room was spacious with a view. It was very clean and tidy and the location was wonderful. Very close to shops restaurants & coffee shops & bars etc. and also very close to the Perfume river 👍

The host is very helpful and attentive to guests. My room is clean and full of light and fresh air. The hotel's location is unbeatable--it is only a few steps away from the main street but it lies inside a peaceful alley. Will book this hotel again next time when I come back to Hue!
There's a big love sofa in my room. I understand that some couples need it, but to me it takes quite space.
