1Ingapirca Ruins
This tour shows us the cultural offer of the province of Cañar and Azuay. Our first stop is in the archaeological site of Ingapirca, here we will find vestiges of the Cañari culture and the Incas. also in this way we can admire the typical gastronomy of the area, especially the famous "Cascaritas, fritada y sancocho". our second stop is in Gualaceo, here we visit a workshop for the elaboration of traditional ponchos known as "Makanas". We will also visit the market of Gualaceo, which is very famous for its local gastronomy. our trip takes us to Chordeleg, a city that was declared by UNESCO as a "creative city" since in this place we have craftsmen who make jewelry (gold and silver), hat weavers, and clay articles. The charm of these towns is reflected in the daily life of its people who in a unique landscape have developed a rich cultural heritage. also admire a harmonious landscape that mixes with spring weather, becoming one of the best tours around Cuenca
