Bookaweb.com is a portal that deals with advertising apartments and all accompanying content that the user (guest) can be informed and whose services can be booked. The portal is intended to promote and provide all kinds of information about various types of travel.

How to use the portal

Accounts on the site

In order to be able to use all the services provided by the portal, you need to create a user account. When creating an account, you will be required to provide the following information:

  • name and surname
  • telephone number
  • e-mail address

All downloaded information will be used only for the purpose of user activities on the site.


The content on the portal is created exclusively by apartment owners. They are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information entered. Bookaweb.com is responsible for the part of the content created by the portal.

All users agree not to misuse, share or copy the text, images and videos on the site.  

Conditions for owners

Before advertising the apartment, it is the duty of the owner to sign a contract with the portal, whose regulations must be respected. Apartment owners are required to enter the correct information about the advertised facilities. Their obligation is to regularly enter the correct location, exact description and availability of the facility after creating a user account and setting up the apartment. The owners are obliged to list in the presentation of the apartment all the new changes in the apartment or its calendar. If there is a cancellation or postponement of arrivals, the owner must make these changes available on the portal.  

Conditions for guests

It is the obligation of guests to comply with all regulations and regulations that go in the order of the correct house rules after booking. This means:

  • The duty of the guests to keep the apartment and the furniture in it and not to damage it. If there is a breakdown or damage, guests are obliged to compensate and repair them financially. 
  • Guests are required to respect the schedule prescribed for entering and leaving the apartment, as well as public order which lasts from 14 to 17 hours and 22 to 09.
  • Arrival and departure of the apartment must be announced when booking the apartment through the bookaweb.com platform.
  • Pets and smoking are allowed only if it is specifically emphasized in the presentation of the apartment. 
  • Upon entering the apartment, the guest is required to submit his identification document and pay the full price of the apartment.
  • In case of cancellation, the guest is obliged to inform the owner or the portal. The advance payment will not be refunded. 
  • The stay can be extended if the apartment is free, while the money paid for shortening the stay is not returned to the guest.

Apartment reservations

 When booking an apartment, guests are required to submit personal information: 

  • name
  • surname
  • phone number
  • email address

The portal Bookaweb.com undertakes that all downloaded data will be used only for the purpose of booking the apartment, in accordance with the law on personal data protection.  
The portal is only responsible for the flow of the reservation. The owner of the apartment is responsible for the reception of guests in the apartment, hygiene and accuracy of the information he filled in for his apartment during advertising.  

Damages in the apartment 

Guests are responsible for all possible damages that occur during their stay in the apartment. They are obliged to compensate all damages and breakdowns caused during their stay. 


Portal Bookaweb.com guarantees that all impressions and recommendations that guests leave after their stay in the apartments are left based on the personal will of the guests and without any influence and pressure from the portal Bookaweb.com.


Users of the portal Bookaweb.com independently choose to use the contents of the portal. The portal disclaims any negative influence or abuse caused by the user's actions. Also, the portal waives any possible consequences caused by incorrect information entered by a third party.
