The itinerary for Day One of the program will depend on your arrival time and fitness level. Your Guide will meet After checking in at your Hotel or any Berlin location. Briefly introduce the Tour, discuss meeting times for the following day and provide practical tips for your stay. We will explore some of the city's highlights on foot. We recommend booking a hotel in between area of the following locations points: Alexanderplatz, S-Bahn Friedrichstraße, Potsdamer Platz, and Brandenburger Tor. Staying in this area ensures you make the most of your time in Berlin. You are within walking distance of key historical sites, landmarks, and entertainment options.
Day 1: Your guide will pick you up at the airport, the train station, or any point in Berlin. Your guide will welcome you; he will inform you about your Berlin tours and the meeting times, give practical Berlin tips, and answer your questions. Depending on your arrival time in Berlin and your fitness after checking in at the hotel, we can have the 2.5- or 5-hour tour by your own vehicle, by walking, by public transport, or the evening Berlin by Night program if you arrive late. (Berlin by night is also possible on the second day.)

The East Side Gallery is a 1.3-kilometer-long section of the former Berlin Wall that has been transformed into an outdoor gallery of street art and murals. Located in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, Berlin, the East Side Gallery is one of the most extensive open-air galleries in the world, attracting millions of visitors each year. The gallery features over 100 murals painted by artists from around the world, each with a unique message or interpretation of the historical significance of the Berlin Wall. Day 2: We try to start the program around 10.30 and finish at 15.30 so you have time for yourself. We can make the endpoint of the tour a museum or art gallery, a market or shopping center, a place to have lunch, dinner, or a drink, or we can bring you back to the hotel. Take, for example, the starting point for a tour of Germany's tallest structure, the iconic TV Tower, which is located in the vibrant square of Alexanderplatz. From here, we pass the Red Town Hall, Marien Church, Neptunes Brunn, and arrive at the Museum Islan. You can capture the Berlin Cathedral, the unfinished reconstruction of the City Palace, the Old Museum, the Old National Gallery, the Pergamon Museum, and the Bode Museum.

Just after the island, you see the Forum Fridericianum, which consists of the State Opera, the Law Faculty of Humboldt University, Humboldt University, the State Library, and the first Catholic Church in Berlin, St. Hedwig's Cathedral. You are now in the middle of the forum on Bebelplatz, famous as the 'Nazi Book (25.000) Burning Square, where you find a memorial in remembrance of the burning of the books in 1933.
Shortly after, we arrive at the spectacular Gendarmenmarkt, where you find the former Royal Concert Hall flanked by the German Dom on its south side and the French Dom on its north side. The square is one of the most beautiful in Europe today!
The next stop on our tour is Checkpoint Charlie, one of the most famous border crossings of the Berlin Wall, which almost ended up as the starting point of a third world war.
Along the former border strip, you will see original parts of the Berlin Wall and the site of the "Topography of Terror," one of the most frequently visited documentation centers on the period of National Socialism and the former site of the Headquarters of the SS and Gestapo.
Right next to it, you find Martin-Gropius-Bau, where exhibitions of the well-known Chinese artist Ai Weiwei and the international exhibition David Bowie have taken place, amongst others. In its front, the Prussian Parliament Since then, the square of Potsdamer Place has been Europe's largest construction site—today.
