- Trekking Distance: 9 km (5.59 miles) - Elevation: Start at 4,360 m (14,300 ft); end at 4,940 m (16,203 ft) - Trek Duration: 4-5 hours Itinerary: - Morning: Head towards Lobuche with a gradual climb, passing the Thukla Pass and a series of memorials dedicated to climbers who perished on Everest. - Trek Highlights: Beautiful views of Pumori, Lingtren, Khumbutse, and Mahalangur Himal. The trek becomes more challenging due to thinner air, but the scenery is incredibly rewarding. - Evening: Arrive in Lobuche and settle in for the night to prepare for the next day's trek to Everest Base Camp.

- Trekking Distance: 15 km (9.32 miles) - Elevation: Everest Base Camp at 5,364 m (17,598 ft); Gorak Shep at 5,170 m (16,957 ft) - Trek Duration: 8-10 hours, including a helicopter ride - Early Morning: Start your trek towards Everest Base Camp via Gorak Shep. After a challenging but awe-inspiring trek, reach Base Camp. - Trek Highlights: Majestic views of Khumbu Glacier, Mount Everest, and Nuptse from the Base Camp. Enjoy the achievement of reaching Base Camp and taking in the stunning surroundings. - Return Trek: Head back to Gorak Shep for lunch and prepare for the helicopter return. Gorak Shep is set in a barren, high-altitude landscape near the Khumbu Glacier, surrounded by iconic Himalayan peaks like Pumori, Nuptse, and, in the distance, Everest itself. Facilities are basic, with teahouses providing essential lodging and meals, as well as a gathering place for climbers and trekkers to share their experiences.
