But instead of traveling the whole country to experience them all, join us on this foodie journey and travel through our beautiful country tasting bits and pieces of each region while learning the history and curiosities of dishes, surroundings, local culture, and culinary habits.
Spoil your tastebuds with more than 15 tastings in more than 7 local shops:
- pastries and cakes,
- cheese and meat platters,
- honey, different kinds of oils and liqueurs,
- unique local specialties such as štruklji, gibanica and much more!
As no food experience is complete without a glass of quality local wine, this tour includes also tasting 3 wines from different wine regions of Slovenia.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
You will meet our guide in front of the pharmacy store at the backside of the statue of France Preseren. Our guide will be holding the sign SUBLIME TOURS.
The tour ends in a local coffee & pastry shop in the Ljubljana old town.

Meet our guide and after the brief introduction to the tour head to the first foodie-stop not far away from the meeting point.

Visit several stands and local shops to taste the most authentic and top in class savory and sweet dishes paired with a local beverage.
