We will provide techniques shooting in both harsh and low light and skills like panning for fun effects.

Puerto Vallarta is famous for our sunsets. Join us on the beach and enjoy the view while capturing the perfect sunset!

Whale Watching: The opportunity to see whales up close and photograph them while learning more advanced focusing techniques and stopping action.

Adobe Lightroom: Everything you need to know about importing and organizing your images, as well as advanced editing skills.

Enjoy amazing cuisine while learning techniques on capturing the beautiful images of food.

Natural light portraits using the sun and shade, as well as reflectors and diffusers. We will have a model for this course.

Create successful seascape compositions and practice using tripods, different angles, and experiment with filters and long exposures.

In Photoshop, retouch your photos and learn how to fix skin, remove distractions and create composites. This will also serve as a peer critique.

What's Included

Whenever Possible, we will offer non camera specific gear to students to use. Supplies are limited.

You will be able to take what you’ve learned in this retreat and apply it to your personal photography whether you are trying to get better pictures of your family, starting a small business, or are a hobbyist photographer, you will love this unique photography experience!
