You will find yourself in a medieval court, with very ancient origins: you will be able to see a tower from that era, the only one left of a defensive fortress that has no equal. The courtyard is surrounded by greenery, and some rooms are still original, such as the internal tasting room with fireplace and antique sink. We will take you to visit the vineyards and the cellar, to tell you how we produce wine in a sustainable way; we will then go to the tasting area where you will taste a selection of 4 red wines with a strong character

Come near Enoteca Della Valpolicella and park for free your car. We will wait for you there, or ring the bell at the gate
What to expect
Afterwards we will move on to visit the tavern, with its huge fireplace where you can admire a selection of the prizes and awards we have obtained and then move on to the bottling room where you can discover the procedure and use of the machinery. After that we will visit the cellar itself with an explanation of the winemaking process: from the fermenter to the refinement in steel and wood.
Finally we will reach the dedicated area, where you can taste a selection of 4 Valpolicella red wines, accompanied by breadsticks and taralli.
