After breakfast we leave for a sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. We visit Jama Masjid, this immense mosque is both the largest in India and the final architectural extravagance of Shah Jahan with a courtyard capable of holding 25,000 devotees, Raj Ghat, a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi is a simple black marble platform that marks the spot of his cremation on 31 January, 1948. Two museums dedicated to Gandhi are located near by.
Later we drive past Red Fort citadel. In New Delhi we visit the 11th century Qutab Minar Tower, built by Qutub-ud-din Aibek of the Slave Dynasty, who took possession of Delhi in 1206. It is a red sandstone tower, standing tall at a height of 72.5 metres and is covered with intricate carvings and verses from the holy Qur'an.
The India Gate, a memorial raised in honor of pays tribute to around 90,000 Indian army soldiers who died in WWI, the Northwest Frontier operations and the 1919 Anglo-Afghan War.
Parliament House also known as the Sansad Bhavan consists of the the two houses/assemblies of India, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha and drive past the grand government buildings, including the President’s House and Parliament House all dating back to the time of the British Raj.

Evening, enjoy an afternoon of shopping in Jaipur where you will find an enticing variety of goods. Some of the most popular items include precious gemstones, silver jewelry, bangles, clothes, blue pottery, and textiles.
Meet your guide at your Jaipur hotel in Jaipur at approximately 8am. Begin the tour by visiting the Amber Fort. The Amber Fort is situated on a ridge just outside Jaipur City and is beautifully reflected in the lake below. Inside the fort, you will encounter the world-renowned Jai Mandir temple with its dazzling Sheesh Mahal hall of mirrors. The walls and the ceiling of the Mahal are covered with a beautiful array of mirrors, which reflect any streak of light, illuminating the entire room.
Continue the tour by making a photo stop at Jal Mahal around 11am. This Rajput style "Water Palace" sits in the center of the Man Sarobar lake. The lake is often dry during the summer, but the winter monsoons frequently turn it into a beautiful lake filled with water hyacinths.
Next, you will visit the Hawa Mahal, another Rajput landmark also known as the Palace of the Winds, for more photo opportunities. The five story Hawa Mahal was built in 1799A.D. along the main street of the old city. It is a pink sandstone masterpiece with semi-octagonal and delicately honeycombed windows.
You will visit the City Palace and Ovservetory which is located in the heart of the old city. Once the royal residence of the King of Jaipur, the palace was built using a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal styles. It features carved arches, intricately crafted columns and two carved marble elephants that guard the entrance.

Enroute we stop to visit Fatehpur Sikri (own expense) which has been described as “the world’s most perfectly preserved ghost town”. Built by Akbar in the late 16th century, it was abandoned after only 14 years, and the elegant buildings of this superb walled city remain intact to this day.
Evening enjoy Photo Tour of Taj Mahal from Mehtab Bagh - The Moonlight Garden, believed to have been designed by Shah Jahan to view the Taj on moonlight nights, far away from the maddening crowd, The garden complex is situated on the left bank of Yamuna opposite to Taj Mahal. Mehtab Bagh was originally built by Emperor Babur to protect the Taj from the erosive effects of the sand blown across the river, but the park was reconstructed and now is one the best places from which you can view the great mausoleum. It is a huge square measuring approximately 300x300 m and in straight alignment with the Taj Mahal. The forestry plantations and agricultural fields provide a green forecourt to Taj Mahal and its reflection in Yamuna.
Pickup at 6am from your Hotel in Agra and leave for Sunrise tour of world famous – Taj Mahal (A UNESCO World Heritage Site). Taj Mahal is a symbol of the devotion and dedication of love that was built by emperor Shah Jahan In the memory of her wife Mumtaz Mahal. Later back to Hotel for breakfast.
Visit The Imposing Agra Fort (A UNESCO World Heritage Site), built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D, this huge fort is made of red sandstone. The elegant buildings inside reflect an interesting synthesis of Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles. The maze of the courtyards, mosques & private chambers of the fort echo the story of the Mughal Empire.
After sightseeing you may wish to enjoy shopping in Agra is known for its fabulous handicrafts, made of marble and soft stone inlay work. The Mughals were great patrons of arts and crafts. Empress Nur Jahan took personal interest and was an accomplished artist herself in zari embroidery work. Agra's major handicraft products besides inlay work are: leather ware, brass ware, carpets, jewellery and embroidery work.
6:30am Pickup from hotel in Delhi and transfer to the New Delhi railway station to board the 7:20am train to Amritsar.
After a lunch break you'll travel to the India/Pakistan Border for the changing of the guard ceremony and the flag hoisting and lowering activities, which are done with great skill and precision by the border security forces of both the countries.
After breakfast we visit to the Golden Temple, The Temple is the spiritual center of the Sikh faith, and was built by Guru Arjun Singh in the late 16th century.
Next you'll travel to Durgiana Temple which sits in the middle of a sacred lake and its share of pilgrims from all over the world.
Finally, visit the Jallianwala Bagh Memorial, an important monument dedicated to the hundreds of martyrs of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre in 1919.
After sightseeing transfer to Amritsar railway station and train to Delhi. Upon your arrival, the driver will drop you off at your New Delhi hotel.
Relax in the morning, then at noon, transfer to the bazaar for shopping. Take part in a late evening transfer to Indira Gandhi International Airport.
