Related to this medieval oven, there is another twin smokey hidden spot where Tanjia (smoked meat is cooked in ambers for 6 hours). Following our noise we find ourself in the colorful olive market with its variety of fresh olives. It's time for a threat in local small restaurant where you will be served Mechoui (Lamb Meat cooked in an Underground pit of 5 hours ) Cumin, Salt and tea pot of royal mint tea are the best ingredients to make the feast OMG
