Experience a magical wildlife adventure with an early guided visit to Analamazaotra National Park, the top destination in Andasibe to spot the iconic Indri-Indri and Diademed Sifaka in their natural forest habitat. Known as Babakoto in Malagasy, the Indri’s haunting morning calls echo through the forest, offering a truly unique encounter. The park is home to several other lemur species including the aye-aye, black and white ruffed lemur, and red mouse lemur. Enjoy lunch followed by a close-up lemur experience at Vakona Reserve, featuring crocodiles, native birds, and well-kept wildlife. Cap your day with a guided night walk at 6:30 PM for a chance to spot nocturnal creatures in action.
After breakfast, drive back to Antananarivo with a stop at the Pereiras Park, owned by the Peyrieras family, to see Cocquerel’s Sifaka, and chameleons and many other reptiles, and some other Malagasy animals such as butterflies, moths (the giant Atlas Moth) and tenrecs. Have lunch in town before going with on a visit to Queen’s Palace (Rova Manjakamiadana) on the top of the hill.
fter breakfast at the hotel, transfer directly to Antananarivo airport for a flight to Morondava. Get some shots of the beautiful scenery in the place before continuing to Kirindy. Check-in at your hotel (Relais du Kirindy). Around 6:30 PM, beginning of the Guided night walks at Kirindy. The private reserve is well- known by its giant jumping rat, the “Fosa” (Hypogeomys antimena), the largest carnivorous animal in the country. It is also one of the reserve having most endangered ecosystems, lemur species, and many endemic reptile species. There are also some unique species of rare flora.

It is one of the most extraordinary sites with the real cathedral of limestone. The dense network of faults, cracks, and blocks of limestone carved in blades is one of the most prominent landscapes of Madagascar. There are 200 million years when the sea of Bemaraha which cover this region. There are six species of lemurs, reptiles and 53 varieties of birds among the marvels which are also the housing environment of the smallest sorts of a chameleon, the “Brookesia Perarmata. Drive to Morondava town via the famous “Allée des Baobabs. Arrive on time for great pictures when the sun is low, raking light, and smooth trunks reflect the orange rays of the sun. Settle at the hotel before the sea for dinner. Lunch at Belo sur Tsiribihina
Leave Marondava early in the morning as the distance to Antirabe is long. But there will be stops for photos and break if necessary. Lunch in the city of Mlandarivazo.
Stay on road N7 for progress to the south and shop around Ambositra. You will get an opportunity to see carved wood or a piece of marquetry box made with care at the Zafimaniry artisan’s workshop. Stroll the town before moving to Ranomafana, the heart of Betsileo tribe. It is the highest part of Madagascar, and the road is winding as well. Turn east arriving at the rainforest at late noon.
Jump into the Ranomafana national park and find out the beautiful sites in the rainforest and the primary forest. Be accompanied by our local guide in this humid area and carry with you waterproofs gargets. You can see various species of lemurs such as Golden bamboo lemur (Hapalemur aureus), red-fronted brown lemur (Eulemur fulvus), and red-bellied lemur (Eulemur rubriventer). There are also some rare and endangered species such as Greater bamboo lemur (Hapalemur simus). Botanically the park is genetic reservoir to some rare, endemic plant species, and many medicinal plants. Back the hotel for lunch.
Breakfast at the hotel, then road to south to reach the city of Ranohira to meet Isalo National Park. Stop at the city of Ambalavao for lunch with a small visit of product factory where you have the opportunity to learn the history of the famous Antemoro paper. There will be breaks to notice various change of the mountain and rice field landscape arriving at Isalo at the end of the day.
Day dedicated to trekking and discovery of the parc, composed of massif in form of ruin dating from jurassic, discovery of the most beautiful landscape of Madagascar. Picnic lunch at the park. Hike along the canyon of Makis where you can go for a dip. At late noon back the hotel via the famous window of Isalo to appreciate a breathtaking and spectacular scene of the color of the sun.
Wake up early in the morning and drive to Tulear through different botanical settings. On your way, you will see Mahafaly tribe typical tombs so nicely painted and decorated, on which are erected some amazing wooden sculptures and the sea can be seen far away before reaching Tulear. Walk across the market before taking lunch and afterward take your route to Ifaty. Free times for the rest of the day to discover the beach one of the beautiful lagoons of the great island. There will include an optional activity for all the visitors on the edges of Mozambique. You can take sea and the lagoon: diving, dugout ride with Vezo fishers, swim or just leisure. Hikers can discover the inland, specific and extraordinary vegetation composed of euphorbia, baobab, and many more
Breakfast at the hotel, direct transfer to the airport of Tulear for a flight to the capital city. 45 minutes flight. At your details upon, have lunch and shop some souvenirs in the artisanal market of the Digue if you have money before a drop off at the airport for the external flight.
