Mikumi National Park is easily accessible from Zanzibar / Dar es Salaam, and ideal for someone with little time for a safari but wants to view a wide range of wild animals. Elephant, giraffe, buffalo, lion, zebras, wildebeest, leopard and crocodile are commonly seen in the park.

Departure Zanzibar at 0600am Dar es salaam at 0730Hours from airport with our diver/guide to Mikumi by 4x4, Arrival in the Park after 3 hours depending on the traffic on the highway, lunch at Morongoro Town then drive into Mikumi National Park. With some luck you can spot lions, cheetahs or leopards, Elephant, zebra, buffalo’s, hippos and other more we will transfer back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast full day game drive in the park with your picnic lunch box, see the beauty of Mikumi national Park, you can expect to see many animals like Elephant, Giraffe, wild dogs, Lions, Antelopes, zebras, hippos pools, flamingos, buffalos, jackals, crocodiles many birds and other species and many more. You will drop back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Early morning sunrise game reserve and harbors remarkable numbers of bird’s species and animals. Among the animals that can be spotted at Mikumi includes giraffes, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, impalas, warthogs, zebras, wildebeests, eland then you will be back to your lodge for breakfast, after breakfast, we will stop to Maasani boma on the way back to Dar es Salaam via Morogoro town for your lunch proceeding to dare s salaam arrival at 16:00 hrs to catch your flight at 1700 hours to Zanzibar
