Salerno has a charming, if gritty, individuality, especially around its ostensibly tatty historic centre, where medieval churches and neighbourhood trattorias echo with the addictive bustle of southern Italy.
You will walk around the olive trees and you will admire the vegetable garden with its seasonal harvest. The day will continue with tasting the extra-virgin olive oil with home-made bread, baked in the large wood-burning oven of the house.
You will pick the tools and prepare together the best typical dishes of the Campania tradition, following the recipe. You will live your experience in a breathtaking location, from which you can admire our wonderful coastline and the green hills of Salerno!
During the summer, you will be sitting in the garden, while you will enjoy the warm of the fireplace in the winter cold days and you can end your day tasting what you have prepared with your own hands, accompanying everything with the excellent red wine of our production.

Choose your culinary journey: during booking, you can select either a Pasta Cooking Class or a Pizza Cooking Class. Both options follow authentic Campania recipes, prepared together with your hosts.
In summer, enjoy your meal outdoors in the garden with sweeping views of the coast. In autumn and winter, you’ll be welcomed inside, where the warm and cozy atmosphere creates the perfect backdrop for your culinary journey.
Your day will end gathered around the table, tasting the dishes you’ve prepared with your own hands—whether pasta or pizza—accompanied by a fine glass of red wine from the family’s production.
