What to expect

Welcome to Casa Pixan, an oasis of peace, near the center of Playa del Carmen. Upon arrival, you will receive a warm welcome from those who will be your guides on this journey of liberation, connection and relaxation. Start your experience with a yoga session that suits all levels of this practice. In a beautiful studio set with soothing music and aromas. This session will be guided by a certified teacher in yoga and holistic therapies. The session will focus on the connection of mind, body and spirit. To return to the present moment and release emotions. At the end of this activity, we move to our rest area, where we will serve delicious snacks and drinks. Then they will go back to the studio, to receive a relaxing massage, accompanied by the whole session with sono-therapy. Using 7 Tibetan bowls, each with a vibration associated with each of our 7 bio-energy points, those in charge of our vital energy. This therapy balances and harmonizes the vibration of these. Together with the deep relaxation of the body and mind of massage, this therapy has a greater and better effect. At the end we provide you with water and a small snack.
