This airport shuttle bus service transfers passengers between Hong Kong airport and Disney's Hollywood Hotel every day.  Show your passport to redeem a bus ticket at airport counter B18 in Arrival Hall.  With necessary help from those friendly staffs, you will arrive Disney's Hollywood Hotel in a relaxed and comfortable way.   Option of a return shuttle bus to airport in a different day is available.  

For your E-ticket, there is a separate ticket with QR code that you need to receive from local tour supplier.  If you have not received the QR Code image(s) offered by local tour supplier by email 48 hours before you fly to Hong Kong, please contact local tour supplier immediately.

    After arriving at Hong Kong International airport, please go to airport counter B18 in the Arrival Hall, show your passport to redeem your bus ticket.  The bus leaves from the airport at 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00.  And it arrives at Disney's Hollywood Hotel in 20 minute.   Use your Disney's 1-Day Pass or 2-Day Pass to take free shuttle bus to all theme parks and Disney's properties. The shuttle bus leaves from Disney's Hollywood Hotel to airport at 11:40, 12:40, 13:40, 14:40, 15:40, 16:40.   Your admission ticket to Hong Kong Disneyland is valid for all available rides, shows, and attractions.
