What to expect

Embark on a fascinating tour of Jozani Forest and enjoy a scenic walk through Zanzibar's lush, unspoilt forests, just an hour's drive from Stone Town. As you hike through the dense, green forest, you have the opportunity to hike along the picturesque mangrove swamp and enjoy the tranquility of nature. The highlight of the hike is the encounter with the famous red stubby monkeys, a species unique to Zanzibar and native to the Jozani region. This nature walk offers a unique opportunity to observe the incredible wildlife of the island in its natural habitat.

After your adventure in Jozani, continue your journey with a drive through the lush forest to Kizimkazi, known for its stunning coastal beauty. There you will board a small motorboat (maximum 6 people) and go in search of the shy dolphins. Although the chance of encountering these great animals is 65%, please note that sightings cannot be guaranteed and swimming with them may depend on the circumstances.
