What to expect

We will start your experience with a welcome "agua fresca" while learning about the tradition of eating tacos.

Then we will share with you with explanations of recipes and ingredients to be ready to a hands-on cooking experience.

We will prepare: Tacos al Pastor (pork), Tacos de cochinita pibil (pork), Tacos de tinga (chicken), Tacos de rajas con crema and tacos de chorizo con papa (pork). Three Mexican salsas and hand-made tortillas.

Afterwards, enjoy the lunch you've prepared with a pairing of mezcal, beer or wine.
