The night begins with the elegance of traditional dances as performers bring the music to life. Then, your journey unfolds through four immersive stations designed for you to dive into the island’s rich heritage. Savor the flavors of stewed dishes, join a hands-on cooking demonstration of polenta( funchi), try making your own the famous pumpkin pancakes “arepa di pampuna” and explore our traditional colorful costumes.
Just when the evening appears to be winding down, the live band ignites the room and you’re invited onto the dance floor. Swept up in the energy and connection of the moment, our local dancers will teach you the fiery Seu and Roadfire moves, igniting your feet and your heart with every melody.
