When confirming the reservation, contact our attendants so that we can inform you of the pick-up time at your hotel. Each hotel has a specific departure time. Boarding is done at hotels in the South Zone (Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Leme, Botafogo, Flamengo, Catete, Glória) and at some hotels in the city center (Downtown Rio de Janeiro).
