Meeting and pickup
The transportation access pass will be digital. Please contact our team to receive it. You must present your transportation pass for both outbound and return trips. Outbound transportation is available at 6:00 PM, 8:00 PM, and 10:00 PM, to be selected at the time of purchase. Your exact hotel pickup time may vary by approximately 30 minutes. Please contact our team to confirm the final schedule.

Be picked up at your hotel! We offer pickup at the main hotels in Rio de Janeiro (Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, Leme, and Barra da Tijuca). If your hotel is not included, we will indicate the nearest meeting point. Departures take place between 6:00–6:30 PM, 8:00–8:30 PM, and 10:00–10:30 PM, according to your selected time. Traditionally, Access Group parades begin at 9:00 PM, while Special Group and Champions’ Parades start at 10:00 PM (official schedule yet to be confirmed). Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Sambadrome, with grandstand seating in Sector 9, the tourist sector with numbered seats, great infrastructure, and a privileged view of the parade and the thrilling sound of the drums’ retreat. Parades usually end around 4:00 AM, depending on the shows. For your comfort, transfers are available after each samba school, so you may choose the best time to return to your hotel. Please follow the transfer team’s guidance to reach the meeting point and ensure a smooth return.
