Meeting and pickup
We will pick you up at hotels located in the San José area and near by. The pickup time will depend on your hotel's location, so we kindly ask that you specify the place where you will be staying in your request.

After picking up travelers in San José and its surroundings, we will take the Interamericana Sur highway, a route of picturesque landscapes. Passing through the entrance of the province of Cartago, we will be able to observe the Coopesantos Wind Project, it is located in Copey de Dota with a warm climate and high solar radiation, then we will visit the first and only commercial winery in Costa Rica and Central America, as well as the only liquor produced from the golden berry fruit. Arriving at the Winery aprox. 11 am we will start the guided tour from 3 hours tour, ending with a light lunch served “pairing style”. It includes a visit to vineyard and golden berry plantations, taste the fruit & learn about the process of white and red wine and golden berry fruit, as well as taste them with an exquisite pairing of olives, cheeses as well as local dips.

On the way back, we are going to visit a coffee shop and taste a delicious premium coffee from the area, awarded as one of the best “boutique” coffees in the world.
