    Day 1

    Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding

    Phakding

    All treks to Everest start from Luka where we will be travelling to at a young hour in the morning, directly after breakfast. The flight will be an intriguing one since we will be flying in the midst of the fabulous Himalayas in a Twin Otter plane. We start our short trek to Phakding promptly subsequent to landing. At one hour's slow plummet, we will be at a Cheplung town from where we have a look at Mt. Khumbila (18900ft), a hallowed mountain that has never been climbed.     Namche Bazaar: Rest and acclimatization

    This is the first of the three booked rest days which will enable us to adapt to the high height.
