First course
Sicilian appetizer with vegetables or a meat dish or a fish dish . The meal is seasonal and always changes.You can add your preferences in advance.
Main course
Fresh pasta: ravioli, busiate o cavatelli or dry pasta or pizza or Sicilian impanata with vegetables or arancine You can indicate your preferences.
Sicilian dessert
In Sicily we have an excellent fresh ricotta. Usually the dessert is with local ricotta or with Avola almonds or a tiramisu or with Bronte pistachios.
The villa is located via isole Molucche 8 t Arenella, a beach area just 15 minutes from Syracuse/Ortigia. Transport options: Pick-up service: €20 per person (round trip to Teresa's villa). Before the lesson at 8.30 the tour to the market is available to do the shopping for the cooking class and get to know Sicilian food up close, product tastings. Ask for info.
