Beyond the Vine is a private & personal winelands experience. Your day is filled with flavours and scenery all this while you learn about the award winning wines that you will be tasting through the day. The highlight of this day tour is that you'll be able to blend and bottle your own bottle of wine to take home at the end of the day, and even do a personal tasting with a wine maker.

What to expect

Experience 2 of the Cape's most popular wine regions, Stellenbosch & Franschoek. Your day starts with a 09h00 pick up from your accommodation in the CBD, where you will be picked up by your private wine guide for the day ahead. Your first stop is a personal experience with the owner & winemaker of an award winning boutique wine estate in the Stellenbosch region, where you will be enjoying a cheese and wine pairing. Your next stop is in the scenic Franschoek valley where you will be taking in the sights of this small French corner and blending & bottling your very own bottle of white or red wine. Surrounded by breath taking views of the Simonsberg and Drakenstein mountains is what you can expect as a view for lunch. The a la Carte lunch includes some speciality local cuisine which also includes a glass of wine of course! Your final stop is back in the Stellenbosch region, on route we do a drive through tour of the University campus as well as this historic town that was established in 1679. Your last stop for the day is the second oldest estate in Stellenbosch where every wine tells a story. The drive back to Cape Town is filled with memories and lingering flavours from your day.
