Imagine having a rainforest experience with no worries about animals, dangerous insects, or getting lost. With us, you'll be able to connect with nature and breathe in fresh air.
We'll hike along an off-the-beaten-path trail for 20-30 minutes, where you'll encounter plenty of exotic plants and birds. Our knowledgeable guide will share all the details about the flora and fauna of this amazing place. At the Tinajas natural pool and waterfalls, you can swim in crystal-clear waters and choose to adventure on a swinging rope or even jump from rocks up to 15 feet high. Then, we'll proceed to another 5-10 minute hike to a natural pool with a 20-foot natural waterslide and the option to jump from a 3-foot-high rock.
Before the tour you will be able to make a quick stop for souvenir and to get a fresh fruit smoothie or local fry food.

Meeting and pickup
We offer pick up and drop off from hotels and airbnbs in: Isla Verde, Condado, Miramar, Ocean Park, Santurce and Old San Juan. Old San Juan guests will be meeting us at Plaza Colón. Guests staying outside of the Metro Area will meet us at Plaza Colón as well, and park at Doña Fela. Depending on the season and to make sure you enjoy the wonders of El Yunque the best way, this tour might start before the scheduled time to avoid arriving at the river when it's crowded. We ask that you please wait outside of your accommodation.

Learn some local history and route interpretation, see native farms and towns, and hike along the river while learning about the flora and fauna of the rainforest. Enjoy a natural pool with crystal clear water, swing ropes, and smooth natural waterslides surrounded by beautiful old trees. Take pictures under a natural spring waterfall (you can drink the water) and eat at a local mom-and-pop restaurant. Experience small group sizes and a personable experience.
