Meet your driver at 7:00 am in your hotel lobby. The ride is about 5.5h, including a highway break.(If you DON’T mind having a later lunch or skipping the lunch, and you don’t want to wake up too early, the departure time is your call but make sure it is BEFORE 10AM). .Kublai Khan Square & The statue of Kublai Khan Kublai Khan was the Grandson of the renowned Genghis Khan (founder of the Great Mongolian Empire). As the fifth Khan of the Empire, he finally conquered Central land China and established the Yuan Dynasty in A.D 1271. The Yuan Dynasty (A.D1271- 1368) had 3 capitals: Dadu (Grand Capital, the present day Beijing), Shangdu (Upper Capital, right here), and Zhongdu (Middle Capital, Somewhere between here and Beijing). Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang)
After picking you up from your hotel in Beijing city, the car will drive pass Tiananmen Square, then drive to Inner Mongolia Grassland.

Stay at Xilin Gol Grassland in the morning and back Beijing at evening
