Begin your safari with an early morning departure from Arusha to Tarangire National Park. Spend the day on a thrilling game drive, spotting elephants, lions, giraffes, and more as you explore the park’s diverse landscapes. Enjoy a hot lunch in the park before continuing your afternoon wildlife adventure. In the late afternoon, head to your campsite, where you'll relax with a campfire dinner and spend the night under the stars, preparing for Day 2 in Central Serengeti National Park.

Central Serengeti

On the second day, you'll journey from Tarangire to the Central Serengeti National Park, one of Africa's most famous wildlife reserves. As you traverse the vast plains, you'll witness incredible landscapes and diverse wildlife, including lions, elephants, and giraffes. After a picnic lunch, enjoy an exciting game drive through the Serengeti, where you may encounter the Big Five and other iconic animals. Day 3
Central Serengeti to Mara River Crossing

Enjoy an early breakfast and head out for another game drive in Central Serengeti. Explore more areas of this diverse ecosystem. After lunch, begin your journey to the northern Serengeti. The drive takes you through the changing landscapes of the Serengeti, from open plains to more wooded areas. As you approach the Mara River, you’ll start to see the large herds of wildebeest and zebras migrating toward the river for the dramatic crossings. After an exciting afternoon Game-Drive head to your campsite located in Northern Serengeti. Enjoy a relaxing evening, while listening to the sounds of the wilderness.

Day 4
Mara River Crossing

After an early breakfast, head straight to the Mara River for a full day of game viewing. This is the heart of the Mara River crossing, one of the most iconic moments of the Great Migration. Take a hot picnic lunch in the bush, near the Mara River and continue the game drive throughout the afternoon, as the herds make their way across or move in search of safer crossing points. As the sun sets, enjoy a relaxing sundowner drink before heading back to your camp for dinner.

Mara River Crossing & Return to Arusha

On your final day, you'll rise early for one last morning game drive in the northern Serengeti. With the herds still moving across the plains and the predators still active, you’ll have another opportunity to witness the powerful energy of the Mara River crossing. Enjoy a hot picnic lunch before heading back to Arusha. The drive will take you through the expansive Serengeti, where you can spot more wildlife along the way. You will arrive in Arusha in the late afternoon or early evening, concluding your unforgettable 5-day safari.
