  Swayambhu Mahachaitya

  Swayambhunath stupa is the oldest stupa in Kathmandu and one of the oldest religious sites in Nepal. The historic landmark has been a listed UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. Swayambhunath, or the Monkey temple as it is often referred to, is located on the top of a hill west of Kathmandu, and consists of a main (huge) stupa surrounded by Hindu and Buddhist temples and monuments of great cultural and historical importance. Swayambhunath is achingly beautiful and absolutely fascinating. Besides, the site also offers an amazing panoramic view of the capital city.   Patan Museum

  Patan Museum is housed in a courtyard within the Northernmost building complex of the Durbar area.   Bhaktapur

  Dattatraya temple is a circular styled (mandala-styled) temple that holds the prestige of being the only shrine, devoted to Dattatreya in Nepal, This unique temple is three-storied high and is built upon a base made of brick and terracotta which extends into the foundation.   Pashupatinath Temple

  This temple situated on the banks of the holy River Bagmati is the most revered Hindu temple in Nepal. This is a pagoda styled temple, which is built with wooden structures, roofs made of cooper and doors covered with silver sheets.
