What to expect

They will be given an explanation about the importance of temazcal, the benefits and ancestral uses.
They will do a brief recreational activity that will allow them to connect with their inner selves, helping to intentionally experience before entering the womb of the earth,
Within the temazcal will be chants and rituals that will give us moments of introspection to clarify mind and body; as was done in pre-Hispanic times. In addition to obtaining the physical benefits, such as detoxification of the body, skin toning, among others. We'll be inside about 1 hour 30 minutes.
In the end we will enjoy a small snack and if you like we will share your experience.
