Many of the atrocities documented here are already well publicized, but it's rare to visit a museum such as this, where the victims of US military action are given the space to tell their side of the story.

All the original building materials were imported from France. Tiles have been carved with the words Guichard Carvin, Marseille St André France, stating the district in Marseille where the tiles were produced. Some tiles are carved with the words Wang-Tai Saigon. Many tiles have since been made in Saigon to replace the tiles that were damaged by the war. There are 56 glass squares supplied by the Lorin firm of Chartres, the French town famous for the 13th-century stained-glass windows of its cathedral. The cathedral foundation was designed to bear ten times the weight of the cathedral.
The building was constructed when Vietnam was part of French Indochina in the late 19th century. It counts with Gothic, Renaissance and French influences. It was constructed between 1886 and 1891 and is now a tourist attraction.
After lunch at the local restaurant and take a short break. We'll head to the tunnels, you will see the beautiful countryside view along the way. After around 1.5 hours of driving, arrive at Cu Chi Tunnels, guests will learn more about the history as well as explore the hardships this land experienced during the war. You will watch a short documentary about Cu Chi during the war. Visit booby traps used during wartime. Crawl a short distance through one of the tunnels. Get to taste the typical dish during war "tapioca' and drink pandan leaves tea. You can also try some rifle shooting with an AK-47 (optional at your own expense)
