We meet at Balmis Square, underneath lies an old air-raid shelter. Find the guide with the Hot Spots Black Hat. Our welcoming drink is at La Zona, a Hot Spot popular for locals. We walk the entire Mushroom Street (Calle de las Setas) until we reach Portal de Elche, with its huge Australian fig trees. We head up the new pedestrian promenade that connects the seafront Explanada, skirts around the Main Theater and leads us to the Central Market. This walk is perfect for taking memorable photos in Alicante (the photographer is included in the price)

Our next drink is at the Hot Spot Old School 44, which offers an international and multicultural atmosphere. You might even catch a live concert or a cultural event. There are darts available and it’s possible to set up a beer pong table. We continue our walk, visiting some of the associated Hot Spots scattered through the Castaños area. We cross the old Plaza de los Peces to arrive at our final spot.
