A calendar reminder is sent to the customer two days before the scheduled service to ensure they know we are aware of the upcoming transport. On the day of the service, the driver is expected to arrive at least 15 minutes early at the designated pick-up location. The driver will notify the customer of their arrival, ensuring that the group is aware of their presence and ready for departure. During the journey, the driver will provide a relaxing ambiance for the group, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The driver is fully trained and licensed, providing expert driving skills and ensuring the safety of the passengers. Finally, the transport service concludes with the drop-off at the designated location. The driver will ensure that the group is safely dropped off at their desired destination, ensuring that they have no worries about traffic or weather conditions. Overall, the transport service from booking to drop-off includes easy booking, prompt invoicing, reminders, punctual arrival, expert drivers, and a stress-free experience for the group.
