You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

This service only apply for pick-up time between 7AM-7.30PM only. For airport pick-up our driver will wait for you at the arrival hall with your name sign. For airport drop-off our driver will be waiting for you at the first floor of the hotel or your accommodation upon your requested pick up time. We usually recommend customer to leave their accommodation 4 hours before their departure time. Based on the arrival of your flight, you will either arrive at Incheon Airport Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. Both are located at a quite distance location. So please kindly enter your flight number correctly. This service is for transfer between Seoul city only. If you wish to go to a different city please do contact us directly. Please contact us if your pick-up time is outside our service hours. We will contact you via email for any additional details, so please check your email too.

This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

We will confirm your reservation, and if there is more details needed for your transfer we will contact you via e-mail. If there is any changes to your flight especially please contact us ASAP. On the arrival day itself, our Korean speaking driver will meet you at the arrival hall with your name sign. Meanwhile for departure, the driver will meet you at your hotel lobby (first floor) with the confirmed pick up time.
