Your evening begins with a pickup in Tromsø city center. From there, we set off on a true Northern Lights chase, venturing far from the city lights in search of clear skies and auroral activity.
Our experienced guide and driver work closely together, monitoring weather forecasts and solar data in real time. The route is flexible and may take us deep into the fjords, up into the mountains, or even across the border into Finland — wherever the best chances are that night. The focus of this tour is the chase itself — we’ll keep moving and adapting our route as long as there’s a realistic chance of spotting the Northern Lights. Along the way, we’ll make stops to enjoy a hot drink and a snack.
Professional photos of the experience are included, so even if your phone can’t capture the aurora, you’ll still take home magical memories. Our guide can also assist with camera settings.
After the chase, we’ll bring you safely back to your original pickup point in Tromsø.

- We reserve the right to cancel the tour at any time due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for another available date.
- Please be prepared for limited toilet facilities. We will make a stop at a gas station during the drive; beyond that, the only option will be in the forest.
- Please bring your passport with you in case you need to cross to Finland during the tour
- You must travel with travel insurance.
