Pickup details:

Rio-GIG International Airport international arrivals without reception go to the second floor boarding sector gate C, but domestic or national arrivals go to boarding sector gate B. We have videos on YOU TUBE “Transfer Carioca” explaining how to get to the boarding location without reception. Santos Dumont Airport we asked to go to the hotel in front of the PRODIGY Hotel which is located inside the Bossa Mall parking lot for boarding. Leave WhatsApp on so we can arrange boarding with the driver. If the passenger prefers reception, we charge separately for parking the vehicle in Rio GIG 48 reais and Santos Dumont 30 reais to receive in the lounge with a reception sign saying “Transfer Carioca”.
