Japanese culture begins with hospitality.
We will visit Yamanashi Prefecture, a scenic basin surrounded by mountains two hours by car from Tokyo. In the morning, we will visit a temple lined with Buddhist statues and enjoy Yamanashi's famous miso-flavored houtou-nabe. In the afternoon, we will visit the traditional Shirayuri Brewery, established in 1938, located in Katsunuma, the famous birthplace of Japanese wine. You can visit the winery and enjoy wine tasting.
Afterwards, enjoy a bath in the open-air bath “Mitama-no-yu” with a panoramic view of Japan's famous peaks and the townscape. You can also try your hand at carving seals (in case the instructor cannot be reserved).
If you choose pickup, the car will be a black colored car with a green number plate.
It is located on 1st floor with a blue-green wall and wooden door.
You will enjoy the Japanese harmony at our lounge and have your photo taken wearing a graceful kimono. You can also wear your original Global Kimono for sightseeing. Global Kimono will be presented as a souvenir.
You will visit a temple with majestic statues of Buddha, including Yakushi Nyorai holding a grape in his hand.
Keisenan - Lunch will be served at a restaurant in a traditional Japanese-style house, serving “hoto,” a specialty of Yamanashi Prefecture. (Please note that the restaurant and meal may be subject to change depending on the restaurant's business conditions and reservations.)
Enjoy a tour and wine tasting at Lorient Shirayuri Winery, one of the leading wine producers in Japan with a 50-year tradition.
