Explore Humpback Whales in Tahiti, marvel EN small group on a guided excursion aboard our comfortable, locally built boat DE adapted for Things to Do. Our crew will take care of your welcome and the service on board. We provide DE safety and DE snorkeling equipment. During the excursion, the team DE professionals will bring you the fun explanations DE the species observed and their way of life. If the conditions are right, the launch gives you the opportunity DE share a special moment with these majestic creatures. It is an EN natural marine mammal observation activity. Observations are not guaranteed, launching is not mandatory and is not systematic.
An observation period and approach rules are defined by the EN stationation rule in French Polynesia.

Meeting and pickup
3 pontoons taapuna, Puna'auia, French Polynesia Guarded parking in the immediate vicinity of the boarding platform. A reminder (SMS / email) and DE details will be sent 24 hours before the day of the activity.
What to expect
From October cetaceans regroup before beginning their long return migration to Antarctica at the end of November. Participating in a whale watching tour is an extraordinary and magical experience. The tours are accompanied by a professional crew, Guide and Captain to ensure a safe and rewarding experience. The average duration of a visit is DE 3 to 4 hours, a perfect time to discover, share and observe these magnificent marine mammals.
ATTENTION the observation period is allowed from 20 July August to 20 November, subject to DIREN approval.
The maximum permitted size in the water is 6 swimmers + 1 Guide.
Child <12 years and adult non-swimmer/observer = no DE launch with whales.

- To participate in the launch with whales, it is essential:• DE know how to swim at least 200 meters without assistance • DE BE COMFORTABLE EN NATURAL OCEAN ENVIRONMENT, EVEN WITH DE SLIDE • DE NOT TO PANIC IN CONTACT DE LARGE MARINE ANIMALS (WHALES DE 1 TO 30 TONNES) • DE NOT LAUNCHED FOR CHILDREN < 12 YEARS • DE NOT LAUNCHED FOR CHILDREN > 12 YEARS TO < 18 YEARS OF AGE IS SUBJECT TO PARENTAL AUTHORISATION.
