Meeting and pickup
The Eden Mill Experience can be found at 1A Rutland Street Edinburgh, directly under 'The Huxley'. Please use the outside steps to access the bar area where you will be greeted by our friendly team.
What to expect
Watch the masters at work as you sample locally created artisanal marshmallows and macarons, which pair perfectly with your cocktails.
During this session, you’ll get to hear the story of how Love Gin came to be and the botanicals we use to craft it.
This is a hands-on, engaging and entertaining cocktail masterclass, where you will learn about how to make a perfect cocktail using professional bar tools, garnishes and flavour add-ins!
