What to expect

1.After a successful booking, the driver will contact you via WhatsApp the day before the service time. If you do not have WhatsApp, they will send a text message to your phone. Please respond promptly to ensure a smooth pick-up or drop-off the next day. If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service center.

2.When your flight lands, please turn on your phone. If you do not have internet access, please connect to the airport's free Wi-Fi to stay in touch with the driver.

3.After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the designated location confirmed with the driver and inform them that you have collected your luggage. Then, head to the passenger pick-up area where the driver will be waiting. It may take some time for the driver to drive into the passenger pick-up area from the parking lot.

4.The driver will safely transport you to the booked address. If there are any changes to the address, please contact customer service the day before departure to facilitate the changes.
