By hiking, you'll discover amazing trails and extraordinary views of lakes like Tabacon and Arenal.

The journey ends on solid lava with ample wildlife observation and lush forest.

Combine the guided hike on our main 2-kilometer trail through the exotic tropical rainforest, allowing yourself to be captivated by all the energy of the flora and fauna until reaching the maximum permitted point for the visit to the Arenal Volcano at our exclusive volcanic lava flow viewpoint from the last eruption of the colossus in 2010 and the 1968 lava flows.

We are located 10 kilometers from the slopes of the Arenal Volcano, in La Palma de La Fortuna.

What to expect

Inside the park, you can walk along a variety of trails through the forest and have a close encounter with the colossus, swim in the Tabacon lagoon, spend the day in our picnic area, explore, and much more.
