Arrival at Terre di Pietra, Marcellise (Extended Valpolicella Region) Our first stop is at Terre di Pietra, a winery led by Cristiano Saletti that embodies the authenticity of the region. Here, we will walk among the vines of Marcellise, an undiscovered gem of Valpolicella’s landscape. During a hands-on vineyard session, you will learn about seasonal winemaking techniques—from the delicate art of green pruning to the precise arrangement of grape clusters. This is your chance to grasp the true labor of love behind every bottle. After our walk through the vineyards, we step inside the Terre di Pietra winery, where you will taste four distinctive wines: IGT Garganega, Vigna del Peste, Amarone Rosson della Valpolicella, and a surprise wine that unveils a fascinating local secret. Then time to prepare pizza in the garden with fresh ingredients from the "orto" under the guidance of chef Simona!

Arrival at Damoli Winery: The journey continues at Damoli Winery, nestled in the heart of Mazzano di Negrar. The winemaker will guide us through the vineyards, sharing his passion and revealing the time-honored techniques used to craft some of Valpolicella’s most exquisite wines. Back in the cellar, it's time to savor the fruits of the vineyard’s labor: a classic-method Corvina, Ripasso, Amarone Riserva, and Recioto, accompanied by a carefully curated selection of local cured meats and cheeses. A tasting that will unveil every nuance of these extraordinary wines.
