Temaki Sushi is a traditional Japanese sushi often enjoyed at parties. We'll prepare fillings like Wagyu and some vegetables!

Takoyaki is an irresistible Japanese street food! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. We'll make it with octopus or sausage!
Mochi ice cream
For dessert, we’ll serve mochi ice cream topped with Matcha—a perfect balance of chewy mochi, creamy ice cream, and the rich flavor of Matcha!
This cooking class takes place at Hanakiya, a traditional ryokan in Kyoto. When you arrive, please ring the doorbell and mention that you have a reservation for the cooking class. The instructor will greet you. (Detailed meeting instructions, including photos, will be sent with your booking!)
