4-Day Trip from Fes to Merzouga (with Volubilis & Meknès)
Day 1: Guided walking tour in the Fes medina, exploring historic sites and hidden gems.
Day 2: Day trip to Meknès and the Roman ruins of Volubilis, then return to Fes (hotel not included).
Day 3: Drive from Fes to Merzouga via Ifrane and the Azrou Cedar Forest. Enjoy dinner and overnight in a desert camp.
Day 4: Experience camel trekking, sunrise/sunset views, and optional sandboarding. Continue your journey back to Fes or toward Marrakech.
On the way from Merzouga, enjoy a scenic drive with stops at Todra Gorge, a spectacular canyon ideal for photos and a short walk, and Aït Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed ksar famous for its kasbahs and desert scenery.
Included: Fes guide, driver, pickup/drop-off, meals in Merzouga, camel trek, 2 nights in a desert camp. Fes accommodation not included.
Note: Visiting Aït Ben Haddou and Todra Gorge on the last day is only possible if you continue to Marrakech, not when returning to Fes.

, Day 3 – Desert Adventure in Merzouga: Enjoy a full day of desert activities: Camel trekking across the dunes Watching the breathtaking sunrise or sunset Optional sandboarding and exploring the desert landscapes Overnight in Merzouga (second night in the desert camp).
Day 2 Morning: Pick up from your hotel or riad in Fes and drive about 1–1.5 hours to Volubilis, the famous Roman ruins. Explore the well-preserved mosaics, temples, and streets with your guide while learning about its ancient history. Late Morning / Noon: Visit the nearby Moulay Idriss, a sacred town perched on a hill with traditional Moroccan architecture and great photo opportunities. Afternoon: Enjoy a relaxing lunch (optional) in Moulay Idriss or nearby, then drive back to Fes. Evening: Return to your hotel or riad in Fes, concluding the day trip.
Day 3 – Fes to Merzouga via Middle Atlas: Pick up from your hotel or riad in Fes and begin the journey to Merzouga. Along the way, enjoy scenic stops in the Middle Atlas, including: Ifrane: The “Little Switzerland” of Morocco Azrou Forest: Famous for its cedar trees and playful monkeys
Day 4 – Return to Fes or Marrakech (via Todra Gorge & Aït Ben Haddou): After breakfast in Merzouga, start your journey back to Fes or Marrakech. On the way, enjoy two amazing stops: Todra Gorge: A stunning canyon with high cliffs, perfect for photos and a short walk. Aït Ben Haddou: A historic fortified village and UNESCO World Heritage site, famous for its traditional kasbahs and desert scenery. After exploring these sites and having lunch along the way, continue your drive to your hotel or riad in Fes or Marrakech, arriving in the evening.
