Step into the heart of Swedish fika with our Fikabröd course, where you’ll learn to bake at least five different types of traditional Swedish sweet buns from scratch.
We’ll start with the iconic Kanelbulle (cinnamon bun), a true fika classic, and from there, we’ll introduce you to some of the personal favorites, each with its own story and irresistible flavor.
