Along the way, you’ll learn about the history of cocktails and the art of mixology - all while enjoying some world-class drinks created exclusively for the tours.
What did the world’s very first cocktail look like? How did blind pigs, cockroach wine and pickled ears all contribute to America’s prohibition on booze? And what are molecular mixologists formulating for the future of cocktails?

We'll meet outside O'Shio Japanese and Korean Restaurant in central Brighton (87-88 Trafalgar St, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN1 4ER), where I will be wearing a Brighton Cocktail Tours top. This is the tour meeting point, not the first bar!
