Explore the places and flavours where tradition is still what it was. We challenge your senses on this tour through the lands of the Ribatejo Region which are rich in flavours and have a wealth of history.

Tour starts in Santarém, the Portuguese capital of Gothic rchitecture. With a high historical and cultural heritage, you can visit the Jardim das Portas do Sol and Torre das Cabaças. The city holds many Greek-Roman legends and secrets, thus having a great historical and cultural heritage.

Then, we will visit the nearby town of Almeirim, where there will be time for lunch in a very regional restaurant. There, we will be able to appreciate one of the exponents of the gastronomy of Ribatejo, the famous “Sopa da Pedra”.

After this free time, tour will continue to Salvaterra de Magos where you can visit the Royal Falconry. Considered Intangible Heritage of Humanity, we can know the origins of the relationship between Man and the Falcons.
