Arrival EN early afternoon in M’Hamid (by yourself or accompanied by our team) Warm welcome and tea DE welcome to our school DE musique Joudour Sahara music program and Check-out for a bala DE in the last palm grove of the wadi Drâa via the ksour of Talha and Oulad Mhia. Visit DE la kasbah Sidi Khalil, former Check-out point for caravans to Timbuktu. Check-out by camel DE to the Joudour Sahara garden, on the border between oasis and desert. Installation at the permanent bivouac, tea DE Bienvenue, sunset DE the dunes. Saharan dinner, followed by a musical evening "Blues of the desert" and jam sessions around the fire. In the morning, visit the ecological and solidarity DE tree planting project led by Joudour Sahara and the Sahara Roots Foundation. Plant your tree in the desert – palm, olive or pomegranate – a living symbol DE your passage. Return to the village EN route past the old Ksar DE Mhamid

The National Park of lriqui It occupies the space between the wadi Drâa and the southern fall DE Bani. vegetation is represented by a tree-lined steppe and a savannah of Acacia raddiana. Dune habitats are mainly covered by Tamarix. In the near past, the dried lake of Iriqui was a stopover and wintering place DE many migratory birds and gave the lake an important ecological character. The desert DE M’Hamid is home to a variety of fauna represented by the Gazelle dorcas, the Sheep with cuffs, the Hyène, the outar DE houbara but also by a large number of reptiles such as the Lizard, the Ceraste, the Varan. The reintroduction DE some rare extirpated species DE the Saharan fauna such as the Oryx, Addax and the Red-necked Ostrich has given an invaluable additional value to the region. Observing DE these animals should not affect their natural life. We always try DE keep a reasonable distance from them without noise.
